Sliding Genioplasty.
- Sliding genioplasty is often performed in conjunction with jaw contouring to achieve a flawless V-line profile. Utilizing the same intraoral incision as the mandibular angle reduction, the doctor removes a central segment of the chin bone to refine its width. The dimensions of the bone segment are customized based on the thickness of the outer cortex at the mandibular angle and ramus. The repositioned bone is then securely stabilized using a specialized titanium plate and screw system.
Buccal Fat Removal.
- The face contains two distinct fat layers: a thin subcutaneous layer and a deeper deposit known as the Buccal fat pad. While liposuction targets subcutaneous fat, the Buccal fat pad must be surgically excised via an internal incision to create a slim, sculpted facial contour.

⁃ Do not touch, pull on the lips, or apply pressure to the surgical area.
